Steps To Root Nexus 5 running on Android 4.4.4 KitKat KTU84P
Step 1: Download and extract the above rooting package on your PC.
Step 2: Turn off your device.
Step 3: Boot your device in to fastboot mode by pressing “Volume Up + Volume down Key” and “Power button” together for a few seconds.
