1. Charge your battery up to 70%.
2. Enable USB debugging. (All apps > Settings > Manage Applications > Development > USB Debugging – check box)
3. Backup your phone data.
4. Bootloader must be unlocked.
5. Install HTC One drivers from here.
6. Download files.

Step 1: Download all the above files in your PC to root HTC One.
Step 2: Copy the SuperUser file in to external/internal storage of your device.
Step 3: Extract the fasboot.zip in to “C:/ Fastboot (Folder)” directory on your computer.
Step 4: Place the download CWM File in to “C:/ Fastboot (Folder)” directory on your computer and rename it to “boot.img“.
Step 5: Now, boot HTC One in to fastboot mode by pressing “Volume down + Power Key” for a few seconds and from there select “fastboot” mode.
Step 6: Connect your device to the computer via USB cable.
Step 7: Open Command prompt, press “Win Key + R” to open run and in the open dialog box write “cmd“.
Step 8: In cmd, type “CD C:\Fastboot”
Step 9: Then, type “fastboot flash recovery boot.img” to install CWM recovery on your device.
Step 10: After a few seconds flashing will be completed and now you can unplug your device. Don’t turn it ON.
Step 11: Again, boot into fastboot mode by pressing “Volume down + Power Key” for a few seconds and from there select “recovery” mode.
Step 12: From recovery menu, select “install zip from SD card” and give a path to SuperSU file, which you have downloaded earlier.
Step 13: Wait for the process to complete.
